Description:Client is looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist who will be acritical member of the marketing team, primarily responsible for campaignselections, reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations. Thisindividual will work with marketing vendors and agency partners to delivereffective marketing campaigns and will be a member of a team of marketingand advertising professionals from other disciplines such as creativedesign, brand management, and web development.Key Responsibilities Include:• Work directly with the other members of the analytics team, vendorpartners and campaign managers to create and optimize marketing campaignlists.• Work directly with the other members of the analytics team andcampaign managers to develop campaign reports focused on customeracquisition, retention and expansion and the relevant key performanceindicators.• Produce measurement plans and recap summaries from a variety ofmarketing channels (e.g., email campaign, direct mail, search enginemarketing, search engine optimization) to enhance the decision makingprocess across marketing efforts. • Work closely with agency and technology partners to ensure goals andobjectives are satisfied, and internal processes followed.Job-Breakdown:30% of the time: Develop marketing effectiveness reports for campaignmanagers and business partners that communicate KPI’s and providesactionable insights. Provide recommendations on optimization opportunitiesto support overall business goals. Requires report development andanalytical skills using business intelligence tools including but notlimited to IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics, Google DataStudio and Adobe Analytics.30% of the time: For assigned campaigns, validate the campaign briefsubmitted by growth teams to ensure optimal selection and suppressions areconsidered, utilize the appropriate campaign selection technology(currently Marketwide) to build the campaign selection, validate that allcampaign output including waterfall, campaign member data, and relevantoutput files are produced for the campaign.20% of the time: Day-to-day data management required for reportproduction and campaign tracking.
