The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns, including advertising initiatives.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design eye-catching graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Adobe Illustrator to support social media posts.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and how they relate to social media marketing.
- Proficient in SEO techniques and best practices.
- Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and other software within the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent research skills to identify trends and audience preferences.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
