Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing excecutive to lead our marketing department. This pivotal role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a creative mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms. You will oversee our marketing initiatives, ensuring that we engage our target audience and enhance brand awareness.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Utilise tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes, Webflow for website management, and Google Analytics for performance analysis.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with brand messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance using Excel and other analytical tools, adjusting strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales objectives.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on marketing performance and strategy effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in email marketing strategies and tools is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,322.00-£28,813.00 per year
