UpCloud is on a growth trajectory, and we’re on the hunt for aCustomer Engagement Specialist to join our Growth team.This role gives you the opportunity to handle thousands of existingcustomers and tens of thousands of leads via innovative sales and marketingautomation. You will own the customer and lead communication, continuouslyfinding ways to excite our customers to increase loyalty, happiness andultimately driving revenue growth.What you will be doing:Develop and implement effective customer engagement email campaigns todrive customer happiness and loyalty, lead nurturing and revenuegrowthUtilize various marketing tools (ex. Salesforce, Pardot, Intercom) andtacticsAnalyze customer behaviour and feedback to refine email campaigns andstrategies continuouslyCollaborate closely within the sales- and marketing teams to alignobjectives and ensure a cohesive customer journeyInnovating and implementing new tactics to keep our customers engaged,excited and informed about UpCloud’s servicesWhat we expect from you:Proven experience in customer engagement (marketing automation, leadnurturing, retention, upsell and cross-sell) role, preferably within SaaS,eCommerce or tech industryStrong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with atech-savvy audienceFamiliarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and dataanalysis techniquesCreativity and innovation in developing and executing engagementstrategiesYour background:A passion for technology and a basic understanding of cloudservicesExperience from a business model that lives and breathes MRR (MonthlyRecurring Revenue)An analytical mind, capable of making data-driven decisions to improvecustomer experience and retentionCompensationWe offer a competitive base salary of 32,000€ – 38,000€ peryear, complemented by a performance-based bonus, with a total potentialcompensation of up to 50,000€ annually.Join us at UpCloud, where you’re not just another employee but a vitalmember of a growing team.
