The role.
We are looking for a Marketing Programs Manager responsible for execution, management, optimization and performance of global marketing campaigns across the organization. This role will bring together all marketing stakeholders to build and execute a comprehensive go to market strategy that engages our audience through all phases of the customer journey. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the wider business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across channels
- Have a good understanding of digital marketing
- Rigorously test and continually optimize current campaigns and channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop messaging and creative
- Monitor and report on campaign progress weekly/monthly/quarterly, and proactively identify opportunities for growth / testing
- Vendor management to deliver quality campaigns to market in a timely manner
- Work to have a deep understanding of audiences, product suite and how to drive net new audiences and increase engagement and adoption for our current audiences
- Create campaigns with unique audience segmentation
You.
- 3+ years of campaign management experience with B2B audiences at a high growth / high tech company
- Experience building strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Proven ability to drive customer demand, growth and engagement
- Proven experience with audience segmentation
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extremely strong collaboration skills – with experience working across other Marketing teams (product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results
- Operational experience working in a large global organisation
- Be adept at communication across all channels
- Be project management focussed with a close eye on the detail
- Think out of the box
- Be creative at problem solving
- Understanding of budgets and work closely to maximise spend
- Be a “People Person”
- Client focused and seek delivery excellence
- Experience with Wrike project tracking software a plus
- Event management experience a plus but not required
