We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Content Writer, you will play a key role in developing and executing our highly specialized content in the field of insurtech and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. You will work closely with the digital marketing, sales and technology teams to understand our product and convert it in simpler words to effective copy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to jumpstart their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Tensorflight is a US/Polish  insurtech  startup  that is revolutionizing  the insurance industry. We automate inspections of commercial, residential and industrial buildings using aerial, satellite, and ground-level imagery. Our system combines derived data with geospatial information and public records to unlock valuable insight about buildings and properties such as replacement value, construction type, or roof characteristics.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, English, Communications, Business or another similar field or equivalent work experience.

  • Master’s degree a plus,

  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio,

  • Experience in developing and executing SEO campaigns,

  • Experience in working with technology projects, startups, insurance or real estate industry,

  • Native English.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization and link building.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML.

  • Some technical familiarity in working with platforms and software systems preferred

  • Industry and business trend analysis skills preferred

  • Knowledge of the real estate market or insurance industry is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.


  • Write and edit high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our website, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels (articles, emails and text copy).

  • Ensure tone and style, across all mediums, are consistent with brand standards and brand voice.

  • Drive consistency through a content roadmap and calendar, and develop a strong brand presence across platforms.

  • Establish best practices in our approach to interacting in public with potential and existing customers.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform our content strategy.

  • Collaborate with marketing and web development teams as needed for new strategies and content planning.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Compensation range:

Full-time, Salaried – $50,000 – $60,000USD annually
