Marketing Data Experience since you will besupporting marketing teams, in one aspect, in segmentation and listcreation for campaigns).Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management InformationSystems, or Marketing -OR- Equivalent Work Experience preferred.Six Plus (6+) years of experience Executing, Managing, and StewardingMarketing, Sales, or Customer Data, including the integration offirst-party and third-party data.Proven hands-on experience and ability to work with large amounts ofdata for cleansing, enriching, deduplicating before it s entered to asystem, or within the marketing database.Extensive experience in data management, or a related field.Experience managing data in marketing technology and sales customerrelationship management (MAT/CRM) platforms like Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo,or Salesforce.com (SFDC).Demonstrated ability learning and leveraging new systems andtools.General understanding of data warehouse platforms like Snowflake.Experience with data querying using Access or SQL, and datavisualization tools like Tableau and Power BI (preferred).Familiarity with ZoomInfo, D&B, Hoovers, LinkedIn Navigator.Ring Lead, Validity, or other lead/contact deduplication tool.Experience working with a modern MDM platform like Informatica,Profisee or similar.Experience working in a global environment with different processes anda mix of integrated and disparate systems.Solid analytical skills, including mastery of Microsoft Excel or customscripts, and experience with advanced reporting and data visualizationtools, e.g., Power BI.Great problem-solver with the ability to learn on your own and work inan ambiguous environment.Passion, curiosity, and ability to connect business needs, use cases,and processes to data.Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of database practices, data structure, datamigration, manipulation, and cleaning.Strong analytical skills.Ability to understand the business requests and apply that logic onstakeholder requests to ensure segmentation and execution are aligned forthe campaign.Ability to keep pace with changes in program operations, policiesand/or procedures, as well as additions to the Pardot and Salesforceplatform functionality.Proven ability work and deduplicate large amounts of data in Excel andAccess.Understanding of and experience in data governance standards.Mastery of MDM processes and concepts.Advanced user of marketing automation technology with a soundunderstanding of CRM systems.Strong documentation and training skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Essential Responsibilities And DutiesSupport stakeholders use cases and ensure evolving data requirementsare met to provide access to quality data.Build the annual roadmap in support of data cleansing, enrichment, andacquisition efforts to ensure a healthy and compliant database.Effectively gather business requirements and critically think about howwe can acquire the necessary data elements to achieve them.Collaborate on and manage global data standards, processes, andpolicies for first-party and third-party Marketing data used in Marketingoperations, e.g., segmentation and targeting.Consult data consumers on navigating data sources and interpreting datato support their operational use cases.Partner with the enterprise data management function to build out datamodels in snowflake so that we can develop Power Bi dashboards for theglobal marketing team.Work collaboratively across functions and domains to manage dataacquisition, enrichment, and integrations to make data readilyaccessible.Working with our technology teams evaluate and implement new datasources and processes that enrich existing data, support data capture, andimprove data quality.Contribute to detailed cross-functional discussions regarding datastandards, governance, architecture, and strategy decisions.Pilot and test data solutions to meet business needs.Maintain accuracy and completeness of data through monitoring,validation, and reporting.Responsible for manipulating, formatting, verifying, mapping, anduploading data via Excel to Pardot/Salesforce database,Administration and support of prospect data within the marketingautomation platform, including but not limited to completion actioncreation, automation rules, developing and maintaining dynamic lists,creating global exclusion lists, etc.Perform campaign-related and routine database cleanup functions.Ensure the data within the marketing automation platform is compliantand meets global data privacy standards (i.e., GDRP, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)As necessary develop new standards to ensure marketing data and usageby marketing is compliant.Create custom and reoccurring reports
