About the Company – Our client is a well-known and well-funded decentralized AI network on a mission to equip creators with the necessary tools and resources to develop AI agents. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to bring on board a Marketing Lead to join their dynamic team.

Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated professional with a proven track record of leading successful major token launches. The ideal candidate should excel in executing impactful KOL strategies, driving communities to viral growth, and building active memberships in the hundreds of thousands.

Responsibilities

Community Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive user acquisition and community engagement, aiming to onboard 1 million users onto the platform.

Team Leadership: Oversee a core team of four marketing professionals and manage three external agencies to ensure alignment and optimal performance across all marketing efforts.

Community Development: Create and implement strategies to achieve community growth targets, leading initiatives across various channels such as Telegram, Discord, social media, public relations, AMAs, podcasts, influencer partnerships, and events.

Marketing Campaigns: Strategize, launch, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns, consistently tracking performance metrics, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights to the management team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles for leading crypto projects.
• Expertise in marketing analytics, including advanced AI-driven marketing tools.
• Proven track record in designing and executing successful airdrop campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of the Telegram platform, including mini-app functionalities.
• Strong awareness of trends and developments in the meme-coin landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Skilled in collaborating with external marketing agencies to achieve campaign goals.
• Proficient in leveraging platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord for marketing.
• Comprehensive understanding of Web3 culture and the crypto “degen” community lifestyle.
