How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Lead Generation & Acquisition
Landing Page (LP) Creation:
- Assist to create a Chinese version landing page.
- Optimize the LP for conversions.
- Utilize video platforms like Tencent Video and Douyin/TikTok for content distribution.
Offline Activities:
- Explore opportunities for offline marketing, such as attending Partner and industry events
- Organize events with partners Develop questionnaires to capture leads during events
Partners & Affiliates:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant companies (CIFNews, STLB, Carbon6…)
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs.
Branding & Awareness:
Content Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies across various platforms (WeChat, Newsletter, Walmart Connect, etc.)Create engaging content, such as case studies, and growth stories.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
Goals & Tracking
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Define and track KPIs for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversion data.
- Report on campaign performance and ROI.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Who You Are
- 2+ year of digital marketing experience for lead generation as described above
- Bachelor’s degree – ideally with a concentration in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, or Communications.
- Master’s Degree in relevant field a plus.
- Fluent command of Mandarin Chinese and English (written and reading)
- This role will be remote based and requires the selected candidate to business hours aligned with Beijing Standard Time (GMT+8) to ensure coverage for our rapidly growing APAC customer base
- Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing and presentation
