We are in search of a skilled Marketing Manager to become a pivotal member of our innovative team, contributing significantly to the content strategy for a leading global technology client. This role requires close collaboration with the client’s content marketing manager to ensure alignment of their strategic priorities with our initiatives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a successful history of crafting and implementing marketing strategies across a variety of channels, possess the ability to thrive under pressure, and be adept at analyzing and leveraging data to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish brand positioning, identify target demographics, and formulate detailed marketing plans with defined objectives across diverse channels and initiatives.
- Spearhead the execution of content marketing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless cooperation and backing from internal teams.
- Evaluate performance metrics, customer insights, and market dynamics to develop and fine-tune strategies, providing actionable recommendations for marketing tactics.
- Partner with client teams across CRM, social media marketing, and web development to design, test, and optimize lead nurturing strategies.
- Work with creative and editorial teams to formulate creative briefs and steer content direction to align with campaign objectives.
- Collect insights from customers and market trends to guide the content strategy, aiming to boost conversions and generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, making data-informed adjustments to enhance performance.
- Present concepts and final outputs to both internal and external teams, and engage with senior leadership regarding program strategies, results, and budgets.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience specifically in search, social, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with collaborating with digital advertising agencies or consultancies is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of the marketing ecosystem and the interconnectivity of various channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to analyze challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Proven expertise in cultivating robust partnerships and promoting teamwork in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to take ownership and consistently surpass expectations.
- Comfortable navigating an entrepreneurial culture and thriving amidst a dynamic work environment.
- Strong technological aptitude, with the ability to discuss basic internet technologies with clients.
