The Marketing Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple projects concurrently and is familiar with project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, or similar.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, developers, and external agencies, to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Asana) to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
Continuously evaluate project outcomes and processes, implementing improvements as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is a plus.
