Marketing Specialist | RWS Group | Portugal

RWS is looking to appoint a Marketing Specialist to join a strong and well-established Supply Chain team. This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Talent Finding. This role will be responsible for helping create brand awareness and drive applications that will enable RWS to deliver on our extensive business offerings.

Key tasks include drafting and planning recruitment campaigns, analyzing campaign results, aligning marketing content with campaign messaging, and working closely with recruiters and internal clients to ensure recruitment campaigns are aligned with the business needs as well as with RWS’ visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will be expected to seek continuous improvement and they will have an interest in all aspects of marketing including copywriting. They will feel comfortable reporting against KPIs and applying an analytical approach to their work. They will have experience working in a busy, multi-product environment. Good hands-on Canva experience is preferable.

Experience working to tight deadlines, under pressure, and with strong attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Devise recruitment campaigns for the Supply Chain team, writing copy (including promotional and communication emails), and proofreading for accuracy.
  • Oversee campaign results to optimize channel and advertising spending.
  • Work with Talent Finders, Talent Managers, and internal clients to devise recruitment actions aligned with the business needs at any given time.
  • Work with the Campus Programme team to expand RWS collaboration with universities in line with the ever-evolving needs of our industry, and the organization’s business offerings.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a marketing role with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native-like fluency in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage simultaneous projects are critical.
  • Graphic design e.g. Adobe Photoshop; Canva.
  • SEO knowledge.
  • Email marketing software e.g. HubSpot.
