We are in search of a dynamic Marketing Technology Program Manager who possesses a profound expertise in the field and a drive for innovation. This remote position presents an exciting opportunity to lead a comprehensive marketing technology initiative focused on developing and expanding digital media networks. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to devise strategic approaches, refine processes, and ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute program strategies and frameworks to meet objectives and yield quantifiable results.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve risks and constraints, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Spearhead program review meetings, providing timely updates and insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Oversee third-party review processes, ensuring that any arising issues are efficiently addressed to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Create a stakeholder engagement plan to synchronize efforts among business, technology, and vendor teams, promoting clear communication.
  • Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish baseline metrics and conduct post-implementation reviews to assess program effectiveness and benefits.
  • Portfolio Strategy: Assist in strategic planning, goal-setting, and budget management for the product and technology portfolio.
  • Innovation Advocacy: Foster an environment of creativity and continuous improvement by organizing brainstorming sessions and refining processes to enhance team productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, integrating Agile methodologies, setting performance benchmarks, and supporting continuous professional development.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Advanced stakeholder management and reporting proficiency
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Proven track record of driving innovation
  • Excellent vendor relationship management skills

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Master’s degree or higher
  • Preferred: PMP Certification; OCM or Change Management Professional Certification is advantageous.

Experience

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7-10 years in program management, ideally within the retail sector.
  • 5+ years in MarTech or digital media networks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic vendor partnerships and serving as a primary contact for key relationships.
