The Dynamics Consultancy Manager will be in charge of overseeing the operational aspects of MHR’s finance consulting practice, tasked with efficiently and effectively managing business planning and execution.

This involves aligning the practice with agreed-upon business plan targets, quality metrics, and customer experience standards. Assuming responsibility for the implementation process of Finance Software delivery, ensuring adherence to customer contracts and statements of work.

The goal is to provide an outstanding customer experience, encouraging customer endorsements and satisfaction to the extent that they willingly act as reference sites for MHR. Taking ownership of year-on-year efficiency savings and revenue growth by fostering skills and service development within the practice.

Reporting directly to the Professional Services Director, the key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for capacity planning activities
  • Identify and drive consultancy improvement initiatives
  • Conduct effective deployment of staff to utilisation targets
  • Effective staff development to ensure effect utilisation.
  • Effective recruitment and development pipelines to respond to changing market conditions.
  • Management of compliance and risk
  • Service development and operationalisation of new services
  • Cost control and year-on-year efficiency improvement
  • Manage, coach and develop a high performing, fully utilised teams
  • Develop effective forecast models based on departmental/ industry trends and demand patterns
  • Lead on risk assessments and mitigation activities to protect revenue
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
  • Analyse, review, forecast, and trend complex data into the business planning process
  • Continually identify and drive additional commercial opportunities
  • Drive the delivery of the Professional Services Strategy
  • Champion internal change initiatives ensuring changes are successfully adopted.
  • To promote a positive image of MHR at all times.
