Job Summary: Ready and Resilient Training Centers (R2PC’s) provide instruction in the areas of: resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. The Training Analyst, working at the DPRR HQ supports program operations and training coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor seat and R2PC utilization for scheduled and ad hoc courses/events that are conducted at a R2PC (and Performance Experts in the field).
- Provide comprehensive analysis, assessments, and development of measurable outcomes in support of DPRR training and education programs .
- Conducts scheduling, prepares facility status reports and manages resources in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
- Development and coordinate an institutional effectiveness (IE) feedback loop, with inference regarding analysis, assessments, and measurable outcomes.
- Review surveys and ensure trends are briefed for corrective action and quality control.
- Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.
- Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, or a related field
- At least five years’ experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor.
- Experience designing surveys using tools such as Survey Monkey, Qualtrics or similar programs.
- Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
- Organized and experienced multi-tasker.

Physical Demands: works in office areas, sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours. Uses personal computer, telephones, copiers, printers, and other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
