As the National Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the marketing function and guide a skilled team of specialists. In this full-time, remote position, you will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative strategies aimed at increasing awareness and generating demand for our distinctive programs that support young adults with autism and learning differences. This role, which reports directly to the President, provides a unique opportunity to create a significant impact in a meaningful field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing specialists, focusing on content marketing, digital strategies, and graphic design.
  • Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospective families.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing initiatives that facilitate a seamless transition through the marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Optimize marketing automation workflows utilizing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for enhanced engagement.
  • Oversee website functionality and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and user experience.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and return on investment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and email marketing.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and project oversight.
  • A deep understanding of the needs of families, students, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
  • An active driver’s license is required, alongside familiarity with the private education sector and autism spectrum.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
