Our clients are seeking a highly motivated Asset Management Consultant to join their Brisbane team.

As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with our clients to provide a range of services, including requirements analysis, configuration, training, issues resolution, testing support, and system enhancement projects.

They are looking for a team player with a strong understanding of asset management, business analysis, process improvement, and strategic asset management concepts.

The successful candidate will have excellent core consulting skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail, and developed written and verbal communication skills. TechnologyOne product experience is desirable but not required.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of the TechnologyOne system for their clients.

Work with their team of consultants to gather client requirements, conduct gap analyses, and consider solutions to enhance financial, maintenance or strategic asset management processes.

Provide subject-matter expertise, best practices, technical approaches, and recommendations.

Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and accuracy.

Provide end-user training and support on the effective use of TechnologyOne.

Contribute to the documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.

Work with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.

Drive continuous improvement processes and implement automation initiatives.

Has experience in consulting or product support in Enterprise Resource Planning systems (TechnologyOne experience (ESSENTIAL).

Has in depth knowledge and understanding of business processes.

Has an understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
