Job Description Summary
The new business development account executive is responsible for new business strategy, diversifying client settings and locations, skill marketing specialty nurses to open new viable opportunities for potential VSH clients. Hunter gatherer mentality to obtain new clients, negotiate contract language, speak to POLO and POEA language needed. Guiding perspective new clients with a vision of processes to obtain top talent educated internationally. High level guidance to give knowledge of the PWD, Credentials Necessary to move to Immigration processing and expectations for governments around the world and realistic timeline expectations. Liaison and handoff between the Client Success Team for smooth transitioning for account management after fully executed agreements are finalized.
Responsibilities:
- Establish High Level partnerships at the C-level with targeted organizations, locations, or specialties to enhance the portfolio of VSH client opportunities. Moving the sales funnel through the process in an expediated fashion where possible.
- Excellent negotiating skills, top notch communication and follow-up, on a regular basis to close and obtain all details to obtain a job order and fully executed service agreement. Obtain and initiate the opening of the PWD for DOL requirements for immigration for each client location.
- Provide customer support with a high level of professionalism and deploy dispute resolution techniques when necessary.
- Track all activity via CRM (HubSpot) for full transparency of potential (Client) engagement.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after sale close to the Client Success Team.
- Master the technologies utilized by Client Facilities, obtain employment details and other requirements per the clients and company’s guidelines for their potential new employees.
- Work independently in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment to meet or exceed metrics.
- Any other duties needed to help drive to Company’s Vision, fulfill the Company mission, and abide by Company’s organizational values.
- Provide daily and weekly updates of successes and challenges to the VP of International Healthcare.
Requirements
- +5 years of prior experience in healthcare staffing and/or administration, or relevant field with international experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/CRM software (ie: HubSpot / Definitive Healthcare)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.
- Must be detail-orientated with the ability to rapidly learn, build rapport, and take advantage of new concepts to be nimble in different diverse settings and locations.
- Position requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- BA/BS Preferred

- Desire to learn about international healthcare placements and sales.
- Ability to accept employment in the United States with any employer without visa sponsorship.
