General Function
The Newline Product Enablement Manager will help develop and execute marketing strategies to increase adoption and retention of the company’s products. This role will work cross-functionally to position the value of products to customers, guide pricing and packaging, craft messaging, and plan launches. This role is instrumental in shaping our processes, objectives, and growth, working closely with the broader Fifth Third Marketing department and be a leader in shaping marketing startegies for Newline.

colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Product positioning and messaging – Define how the product is positioned in the market and craft messaging that communicates the product value proposition.
- Go-to-market strategy – Plan how new products or features will be launched and brought to market, including pricing, packaging and sales enablement.
- Market research – Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Product launches – Orchestrate new product announcements, releases, and campaigns to generate buzz and adoption.
- Sales enablement – Create sales collateral, playbooks, competitive intel, demos, and training to support the sales team.
- Customer stories – Gather compelling customer success stories and case studies to showcase product impact.
- Buying journey mapping – Map and optimize the customer journey from awareness to purchase and retention.
- Product/industry analyst relations – Brief analysts and influencers and leverage their coverage to increase visibility.
- Pricing strategy – Determine ideal pricing models and packages for the product portfolio.
- Product marketing team leadership – Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing product marketing team.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
Minimum Knowledge Skills And Abilities Required
- 5+ years of work experience across marketing, communication, strategy
- 3+ years of experience at companies with Enterprse products as a Product Marketing Manager, Senior Product Marketing, Head of Product Marketing
- A Plus: Experience in fintech or API companies beyond Enterprise marketing experience
- Strong Communication Skills – able to attend client meetings, and presentations to stakeholders, work cross-functionally
- Strong Copywriting Skills – able to write thoughtful copy across white-papers, guides, webinar templates, and more.
- Start-Up Alignment – hustle mentality, and willing to do tasks within the marketing function that span beyond product marketing.
- Marketing leader (strong vision, opinionated, can serve as an IC leader)
Working Condiitons
- Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
- Extended time at desk and/or viewing computer screen.

Total Base Pay Range 94,500.00 – 189,400.00 USD Annual
