As a territory sales representative, you will be selling aggregate crushing equipment, parts and service to aggregate and mining industries in Ontario. This role is a combination of managing existing accounts as well as developing new business. This is a replacement position to inherit an established territory.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$80,000-$100,000 Base Salary + Commission (Salary based on experience)

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

Head Office – Calgary, AB

Ontario Location: Cambridge, ON

Flexible work-from-home with customer site visits required

The sales territory is Northern Ontario

Full-time – Monday to Friday (some evenings and weekends required)

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

3-10 years of sales experience selling similar products

Experience selling in the manufacturing industry

Experience selling industrial capital equipment

Experience selling crushing/screening/washing products an asset

Experience working with a CRM system

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Basic technology skills

Excel – Basic

PowerPoint – Immediate

MS Word – Intermediate

CRM – Intermediate (Microsoft Dynamics)

SALES CYCLE / PRODUCT VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:

Average project size is $250,000 – $1,000,000 +

Average revenue by customer $50,000 – $1,000,000 +

Average length of sales cycle can range from 1-week to up to a year

LEADS:

50% Prospecting/Cold Calling

50% following up on warm Leads

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:

SUPPORT & TRAINING:

Job Shadowing

Mentoring

Structured

2-3 weeks of sales training

1-2 weeks of technical training

Within 3-4 weeks you will be selling to clients
