eNGINE is hiring 4 Optimizely Developers to join our remote team. As an eNGINE employee, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, integrating and maintaining web applications using Optimizely, .Net and C# if you’re on the backend. On the frontend, you’ll be be working on A/B testing, developing customer facing sites & portals, and coordinating with the backend team to create a seamless experience for end users. You should have a solid understanding of Optimizely, asynchronous environments, and a solid understanding of integrations & event driven architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience with .NET and C#, along with at least 2 years of Optimizely experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using .NET, C#, and Optimizely.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements, and propose innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
• Develop clean, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate external APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Implement front-end user interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications through efficient coding, optimization techniques, and adherence to security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and release management processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in full-stack development and bring new ideas to the team.
• Contribute to code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Optimizely.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development using .NET and C#.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming concepts and experience with frameworks like RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid knowledge of database concepts and experience with SQL and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
• Understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
• Comfortable working remotely and accommodating Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
