As an OutSystems Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering web and mobile applications using OutSystems technology. Key Responsibilities:

? Utilize expertise in OutSystems Service Studio and OutSystems Integration Studio to create innovative solutions.

? Develop and enhance custom components and add-ons using OutSystems Integration.

? Design and build web and mobile applications with a focus on reusability and modularity.

? Demonstrate a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, ensuring timely task completion and project delivery.

? Collaborate in designing effective database structures and workflows, tailored to project requirements.

? Conduct thorough testing of applications prior to deployment in the Test Environment.

? Contribute to bug fixing and user requirement adjustments post go-live.

? Exhibit proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

? Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and APM (Application Performance Management) practices and tools.

? Apply strong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and optimizing web application performance.

? Display a solid grasp of concepts like C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SOAP, and REST API technologies.

? Possess experience in Data Modeling, including Oracle database or SQL and PLSQL scripting.

? Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

? Drive a culture of hackathons and technical events within the team.

? Effectively communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Qualifications and Skills:

? OutSystems Certified Developer with hands-on experience in Service Studio and Integration Studio.

? Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.

? Familiarity with web application architecture and performance optimization.

? Proficiency in technologies like C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SOAP, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

? Strong knowledge of ALM and APM practices, along with database design and scripting (Oracle or SQL).

? Leadership experience, with a history of guiding teams and achieving quality results.

? Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
