The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and performance optimization to drive ROI and lead generation.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Paid Ads Lead with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads to oversee, strategize, and execute high-performing ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, and performance optimization to drive ROI and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve client goals.
• Conduct audience research to identify targeting opportunities and create detailed audience segments for each platform.
• Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and A/B testing strategies for ongoing campaign improvement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain campaign effectiveness.
• Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3+ years of proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Certification in Google Ads is a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of ad platform tools, including Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Business Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and third-party analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen understanding of what drives engagement on different platforms.
• Experience with industries such as legal, medspas, or luxury real estate is a plus.

Salary Range: 25k to 40k Hryvnia
