Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer with experience in 1-tier ERP systems, particularly in PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will have domain knowledge in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our PeopleSoft applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing PeopleSoft modules, with a focus on HRMS features and capabilities.
• Implement integrations between PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
• Stay current with PeopleSoft updates, patches, and industry best practices to optimize system performance and security.
• Provide user support and training for end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer, with a strong understanding of 1-tier ERP systems.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HRMS modules and functionalities.
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Designer, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade projects and implementations.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
