We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta, Google, Quora, and LinkedIn. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and creative campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Quora, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve specific business objectives.
- Budget Management: Own and manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to improve key metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition).
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive action.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with web development teams to optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of each advertising platform’s unique features, targeting options, and ad formats to leverage their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Quora Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), ad tracking platforms, and other relevant marketing technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.|
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B & B2C marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Google Ads or other relevant certifications.
