Role Overview: As a Power Apps Lead Developer, you will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced Power Apps solutions. Your expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Open AI will be crucial in driving our digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications that enhance business processes and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps solutions, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Utilize Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop Flows to automate complex workflows and processes.
• Integrate and manage data within Dataverse to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
• Leverage Azure Open AI to incorporate intelligent features and capabilities into Power Apps solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform and related technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop Flows, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure Open AI and integrating AI capabilities into applications.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, security, and governance within the Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
