We are now extending the design team and looking for an experienced designer that will help us take our platform to the next level. You will work with a team of smart and ambitious people who are driven by success and innovation.

About the role

As the Product Design Lead at Bannerflow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and design direction of our platform. You will work with a talented and passionate team of UX designers and product managers to ensure that our product continues to deliver customer value, exceeding user expectations and remains at the forefront of the industry.

You will:

  • Drive the vision for the overall user experience for Bannerflow.

  • Drive and lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to implementation with a focus on commercial viability.

  • Gather data, insights, technical constraints and business requirements to make evidence-based design.

  • Work in small teams with tech, product and commercial people to provide elegant solutions to complex UX challenges.

  • Create and communicate your design concepts through high quality concepts and prototypes, knowing when pixel-perfect attention detail is required, and when low-fi sketches will get the job done.

  • Champion user-centered design principles and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

About you

  • Creative and innovative, yet structured person who can both work on the small details whilst keeping the big picture in focus.

  • Worked in a fast paced product company

  • Experience of leading the work of transforming a visionary design concept into a tangible and user-centric platform.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product/UX/UI-designer and are used to working in cross-functional teams with a focus on tech or media products.

  • You should enjoy a role where you juggle between creating your own design and guiding the team to success. Data is your best friend when designing and you also have a mindset that believes in the excellence of iterations.

  • A true team player that share Bannerflow’s belief that collaboration is the best way to create value for our customers

  • It is beneficial if you have interest or experience of the marketing industry
