Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the formulation and execution of the Cash Management product roadmap, focusing on crucial areas such as cash positioning, transaction data, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain an organized backlog of features and user stories, ensuring alignment for agile development.
• Act as the customer advocate by converting their needs into actionable requirements and fostering stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with Corporate Development to identify and secure strategic alliances that enhance the customer experience through automation.
• Optimize user experience, ensuring it meets evolving customer expectations.
• Engage with customers, sales, and services teams to validate product designs and refine market strategies.
• Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to guide product strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Establish key performance indicators to assess product success and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Develop training materials and support frameworks for effective product rollout and user adoption.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a SaaS or financial services environment, with a focus on business and commercial clients.
• Robust background in Cash Management, covering cash positioning, transaction data, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Proficient in agile product development methodologies.
• Proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration, involving technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
• Experience with product launches in high-growth markets.
• Comfortable operating within a virtual team framework.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating stakeholder needs into insights.
