Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed on developments in testing, medical education, and assessment for learning, sharing insights with the team and guiding others to convert knowledge into practical strategies.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and enhancements in assessment.
- Deliver well-structured and informative presentations regarding products and initiatives.
- Execute program plans in accordance with established roadmaps, contracts, and key milestones while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Communicate and oversee product specifications, including roadmaps, project documentation, budgets, and contracts.
- Optimize resource utilization and budgets to guarantee efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan, document, and execute projects that align with strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain protocols and procedures that reflect best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in launching new products or significant updates to existing ones, encompassing market research, pilot testing, and Agile process coordination.
- Proficiency in managing vendor and partner relationships.
- Strategic and technical expertise in product management, preferably within healthcare, medical education, or assessment.
- Excellent collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in project planning tools and budget management.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials securely.
- Comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in program or product management is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a relevant master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is (108,838 to )136,047 annually, with actual compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and an internal equity review.
