As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a top-class Product Manager with expertise in B2B SaaS and a deep understanding of the safety industry to join our team. In this key role, you will captain our flagship products, CRM+ and Safety+, playing a pivotal part in shaping the future of our product suite and advancing workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Create and maintain a product vision aligned with Forwood’s mission to prevent workplace fatalities.
• Define and refine the product roadmap to balance customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape the long-term strategy for Forwood’s SaaS products.

Customer-Focused Development

• Understand customer needs and workflows through direct engagement.
• Convert customer feedback and industry trends into new features and enhancements.
• Represent the “voice of the customer” in every stage of product development.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver top-notch, scalable solutions.
• Align cross-department efforts on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing for successful product launches.

Industry & Market Insights

• Stay informed about safety industry trends, regulations, and technology.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve Forwood’s offerings.
• Use data to prioritize product improvements and investments.

Product Execution

• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.
• Track and report on product performance using KPIs.
• Continuously refine product processes for efficiency and agility.

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven background in the safety industry, with knowledge of safety standards and critical risk management.
• Experience with complex enterprise software solutions.
• Familiarity with technologies like AWS, OpenAI, LangChain, Angular Fullstack, Terraform, Node.js, and OpenSearch is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
