Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the planning, development, and execution of IT products that enhance healthcare delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, user requirements, and competitive landscape within the healthcare technology sector.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product features and ensure successful product launches.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user data and feedback to derive insights for product improvements and make data-driven recommendations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, GDPR, SOC 2, Cyber Essentials Plus) and maintain high standards of quality and security.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, provide updates, and drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in product management within the healthcare IT sector, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare technologies (e.g., EHR systems, telehealth platforms) and an understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
