Our platform leverages blockchain technology to enable trusted data exchange, sustainability tracking, and compliance assurance, addressing key challenges in industries ranging from chemicals and materials to manufacturing.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Manager who can champion our solutions, particularly in mass balance bookkeeping, ISCC compliance, and Digital Product Passports, while working collaboratively across teams to drive impactful results.

• 
  Product Strategy & Execution:
  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for mass balance bookkeeping, ISCC compliance, and Digital Product Passport-related solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and prioritize features for maximum impact.

  Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, customer success and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and standards organizations like ISCC to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.

  Facilitating Cross-Departmental Alignments:
  • Influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with the product vision and strategy.
  • Drive decision-making processes by building consensus and fostering a culture of collaboration.
• 
  Customer-Centric Development:
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, refine use cases, and ensure the product addresses real-world challenges.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization to deliver user-centric solutions.
• 
  Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  Experience:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in sustainability, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with the concept of Mass Balance, ISCC certification requirements, and Digital Product Passports is strongly preferred.
• 
  Skills:
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, sustainability standards, and supply chain traceability needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• 
  Tools:
  • Experience with product development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Notion would be desirable but not essential.
  • Comfort with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
• 
  Other Requirements:
  • Based in or available to work in the EU time zone.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
