As the Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive GTM strategies to drive market differentiation and product adoption. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure our products are effectively positioned in the market and resonate with our target customers.

What you ll do
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop a deep understanding of our target customers, their pain points, and the competitive landscape.
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Create differentiated messaging to highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Develop comprehensive launch plans, including marketing campaigns, collateral, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure alignment across teams and drive successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate market shifts and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Engage industry analysts to showcase our offerings and position us effectively within the industry.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling and engaging content, including sales presentations, product videos, case studies, white papers, and website copy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful marketing collateral that supports lead generation and sales efforts.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including product guides, FAQs, battle cards, and presentations, to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback and insights from the field to continuously improve sales enablement resources.
What you ll need
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Proven experience in product marketing within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, market dynamics, and customer buying behaviors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Proven track record of driving successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
