*** REMOTE WORK

Product Owner :

– Lead daily scrum calls
– Interact with product owners to address questions and resolve issues arising from other scrum calls
– Manage day-to-day operations, tracking various products and tools in the development pipeline
– Understand and communicate requirements effectively
– Schedule project needs and resources
– Act as a project manager for a team of 3 visual designers and 1 content designer, facilitating their interactions with different parts of the products
– Bridge the gap between design completion and development, overseeing conversations and processes in between
– Take responsibility for all aspects of security and authentication for retail customers using online banking on the mobile app
– Drive projects forward through self-motivation and willingness to engage in challenging conversations

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

– Advanced experience with Jira and proficiency in Confluence
– Extensive knowledge of agile software development processes
– Proficiency in UX/UI design tools, particularly InVision and Freehand
– Strong understanding of the development process for pushing features to customers
– Experience in project management, particularly in bridging design and development teams
– Familiarity with security and authentication principles in digital and online banking
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate cross-team interactions
– Self-driven work ethic and capability to handle tough conversations to move projects forward
– Experience in scheduling and resource management for software development projects
