- Create and prioritize the product backlog (features and requirements) that aligns with the product vision and goals defined by Product Director and Product Manager
- Manage and refine backlog based on Product Manager/Business feedback and changing business needs
- Provide sprint backlog management, prioritization, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
- Track the progress of user stories and tasks, and ensures completion by the delivery team
- Manage the successful implementation of Product Increment commitments using the Data Product Lifecycle
- Serve as liaison between product team and delivery team and ensure effective communication and alignment
- Forge effective partnerships with horizontal teams to ensure barriers are eliminated to work together to develop products effectively
- Implement continuous Product improvement updates from Data Product Director and Data Product Manager and provide feedback on results
- Implement plans to mitigate risks caused by roadblocks and dependencies
- Inspect the product progress and ensures that the delivery team meets deadlines and goals
- Promote data product culture established by Data Product Director and Data Product Manager across Delivery teams
- Prioritize the release of Product features and create release plan in collaboration with Delivery team
- Provide data product subject matter expertise to Delivery/Implementation team
- Possess excellent knowledge in data processing lifecycle,techniques and methodologies
- Drive the estimation process based on resources, assumptions and risks
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Experience as Product Owner/Product Manager for 3+ Years
- Skilled in Business analysis , requirement elicitation and documentation.
- Knowledge of SDLC , Agile methodologies, User stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to identify, communicate and mitigate risks timely, good time Management and prioritization skills
- Jira knowledge is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Healthcare industry
- Experience in successfully executing Projects as Product Owner
- Current experience writing agile documents and UAT templates strongly preferred.
- Experience in prioritizing and identifying risk is highly desirable.
