Product Tech Pack Designer (Remote)

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Product Tech Pack Designer to join our creative team! This role involves preparing detailed tech packs and presentations, maintaining product data in our database, and supporting the design department of a dynamic US-based retail company. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Art Design, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in creating consumer goods tech packs.
• Familiarity with licensed brands and products.
• Strong understanding of product production processes, including printing and packaging techniques.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience working B2B with startups and American clients is a plus.

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Expertise in creating accurate product tech packs for consumer goods and packaging.
• Strong knowledge of licensing guidelines and regulations.
• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes, including printing and material guidelines.
• File management and organizational skills to maintain structured workflows.

Main Tools to Manage for This Position

• Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator for tech pack creation.
• Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive for file management and collaboration.
• Microsoft Office: Excel and Word for organizational tasks.
• Internal Platforms: Database tools for uploading and verifying product data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed consumer goods tech packs for production.
• Create packaging artwork aligned with licensing guidelines.
• Manage revisions for licensed products.
• Categorize and organize trend photos from seasonal shopping trips.
• Reduce print colors and develop patterns within factory and license palette standards.
• Accurately upload and verify product data in the company’s platform.
• Address and resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure clear communication throughout all project stages.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
