This role iscritical for someone who can fluidly adapt to different project needs,drive business development efforts, and play a key role in orals and otherclient-facing engagements.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and management across multiple projects, adapting tovarious requirements and challenges in a fast-paced environment. Actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposalwriting, orals, and client presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment withproject goals and company objectives. Drive strategic planning and execution of project milestones, ensuringtimely delivery and quality outcomes. Serve as a key liaison between project teams, clients, andstakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaborative success.Required SkillsAdaptive Leadership: Strong ability to quickly adapt to new projectsand environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. Business Development Acumen: Proven experience in contributing tobusiness development, including proposal writing and participating inorals. Client Engagement and Communication: Excellent communication skillswith a knack for persuasive presentations and effective stakeholdermanagement. Strategic Project Management:Proficiency in managing diverse projects,aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring operational excellence.Collaborative Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in cross-functionalteams, promoting a culture of cooperation and shared success.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years in project or program management, with a diverserange of experiences in the healthcare IT sector. Demonstrated ability in adapting to and leading various projects,preferably in a federal government setting. Experience in business development activities, including proposaldevelopment and orals. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalentcertification preferred. A strong interest in healthcare technology and a commitment toadvancing innovative solutions. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on yourfeet. Business savvy and an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifyingand capitalizing on new opportunities.eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within theEastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our governmentclients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwisedirected by your manager.Occasional travel for training and project meetings.
