About the Role:
Job Title: Program Manager/Business Analyst
Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the facilitation and realization of Windstream Enterprise initiatives. In this role you’ll collaborate with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, analyze business requirements, manage multiple programs, and facilitate solution implementation to drive, efficiency, growth, and success for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have relevant business analyst and/or program management experience in growth-oriented roles in the MSP sector. Ability to collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders, inside an agile framework, to facilitate strategic initiative completion is critical to position success.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic initiative creation, analysis, and planning.
- Manage and oversee multiple programs, ensuring they are aligned with organizational strategic goals and priorities.
- Develop and maintain program, including timelines, budgets, KPI/OKRs, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on prioritization of strategic initiatives and allocation of resources.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and create program/project specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business needs and requirements.
- Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate project status, risks, and progress.
- Manage program and project resources, including personnel, budgets, and technology resources.
- Monitor program and project performance and adjust plans and strategies as needed to meet goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and/or business analysis.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of strategic management and business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in managing and delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in project management, strategy management, and business analysis software such as Cascade, Workboard, Jira, Asana, and MS Project
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to work effectively in remote environment leveraging video and other collaboration tools.

Desired Qualifications: College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
