Overview

The Program Manager will be responsible for the successful execution and management of the

MSc program in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, and Software Engineering.

This role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, and

administrative staff, to ensure participants’ high-quality and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Program Development and Management:

○ Oversee the development and implementation of the MSc curriculum, ensuring

alignment with industry standards and academic best practices.

○ Manage the program’s lifecycle, from admissions to graduation, including

student recruitment, enrollment, and progress tracking.

○ Collaborate with faculty to develop and deliver courses, ensuring effective

teaching methodologies and student engagement.

● Student Experience and Support:

○ Provide comprehensive support to students throughout their program journey,

addressing their academic, technical, and administrative needs.

○ Manage student inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and

satisfaction.

○ Coordinate with faculty and staff to provide academic advising and career

counselling services.

● Faculty Relations and Collaboration:

○ Foster strong working relationships with faculty members, ensuring their active

participation and contribution to the program.

○ Coordinate faculty development activities and training to enhance their teaching

skills in the areas of AI, cybersecurity, data analysis, and software engineering.

○ Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty members to ensure a

cohesive learning experience for students.

● Program Evaluation and Improvement:

○ Conduct regular program evaluations to assess student satisfaction, learning

outcomes, and program effectiveness.

○ Analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and implement

necessary changes.

○ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the program’s reputation and

visibility.

● Industry Partnerships and Collaborations:

○ Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to provide students with

internship opportunities, guest lectures, and research collaborations.

○ Collaborate with industry experts to ensure the program curriculum remains

relevant and aligned with industry trends.

● Administrative and Operational Tasks:

○ Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and

compliance with financial regulations.

○ Coordinate with administrative staff to handle enrollment processes, student

records, and other operational tasks.

○ Ensure adherence to quality standards and accreditation requirements.*

Qualifications and Skills

● PhD or Master’s degree or equivalent in Artificial intelligence, Data analytics,

information technology, or a related field.

● Proven experience in program management, preferably in higher education or

technology-related fields.

● Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis, and

software engineering concepts.

● Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Desired Skills

● Experience in teaching or mentoring in the areas of AI, cybersecurity, data analysis, and

software engineering.

● Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in technology education.

● Experience with learning management systems and online course development tools
