What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead program development and implementation of multiple projects and initiatives
• Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify concerns and develop improvement plans
• Develop and execute targeted quality improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Provide guidance and leadership to team members and monitor project execution
• Plan and direct project schedules, budgets, and vendor engagement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
• 3-5 years of quality improvement experience
• Operational process improvement experience
• Healthcare experience and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of program and/or project management experience
• Managed care experience
• Experience working in a cross-functional, highly matrixed organization
• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, and/or comparable coursework
