Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for our Insurance division who will oversee and coordinate various insurance projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations, particularly in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, and experience working with carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs). This role aims to ensure that programs are delivered efficiently and meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee insurance programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including carriers and MGAs, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Analyze project performance and metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
7+ years of experience in program management within the insurance industry, with a focus on P&C.
Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven experience working with carriers and MGAs to drive project success.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
