Exciting Opportunity: Program Manager, (Data Center Compliance Specialist)

Salary: $135,000 – $145,000 annually (DOE) including benefits

Contract: Full-time, 11-month contract

Verus Recruitment is proud to partner with Meta in the search for a skilled Data Center Compliance Specialist. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of global technology, ensuring compliance across Meta’s Data Center operations while collaborating with international teams in the US, UK, and Ireland.

Role Summary

As a Program Manager, you will serve as a critical compliance expert, supporting Meta’s Data Center teams in meeting regulatory and certification requirements, including SOX, ISO27001, ISO27018, SOC2, PCI, and Privacy standards. This is a remote position requiring candidates to operate within the EST time zone due to cross-regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of Meta’s Data Center compliance obligations.
• Provide expert guidance and support to Data Center teams on compliance initiatives.
• Assist with audits, ensuring proper scope, planning, and coordination between auditors and teams.
• Support risk management processes that align with compliance objectives.
• Deliver training and awareness programs for regulatory compliance.
• Perform periodic control validations and effectiveness checks (SOX, SOC2, ISO27001).
• Contribute to the development of Meta’s IDC Compliance Services operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations or information security.
• Expertise in SOX, ISO27001, ISO27018, SOC2, PCI, and Privacy standards.
• Strong skills in compliance, risk management, and audit coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
