Program Manager (Remote)

A client of Insight Global is seeking two seasoned, hands-on Program Managers to lead two separate high-profile strategic business initiatives. They will need gather project requirements, identify stakeholders, build & manage detailed project plans (including comms and change management), build & manage the RACI, build & manage the RAID log, build & manage the weekly status meetings and bi-weekly stakeholder meetings, and confirm deliverables are quality, milestones are met, scope and budget are managed closely, among the traditional PMP methodologies. Both initiatives are cross-functional and require someone with superior organization, strong business acumen, analytical, strategic thinker, and process-oriented. Significant experience in both waterfall and agile, preferably from a management consulting background, would be ideal.

Position: Program Manager

Location: Remote (EST/CST Preferred)

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Openings: 2

Start Date: Beginning of the new year (Jan 6th)

Interview: 2 rounds, both off next week!

Compensation:

$130,000 to $160,000 per year annual salary (post-conversion) – hourly rates align for contract

FIRST OPENING – Program Manager that will drive their cost optimization initiative, having extra knowledge in the finance realm would be a plus!

SECOND OPENING – Program Manager that will drive their ERP implementation, having led complex software implementations would be a plus!

MUST HAVES:

• 8+ years of experience as a program manager, driving projects to success, heavy on execution and outcome
• Experience gathering requirements, identifying stakeholders
• Build & Manage detailed project plans
• Build and manage RACI, build and manage RAID Log
• Cross functional (broad background & ability to communicate with different areas/levels of the company)
• Significant experience in both waterfall and agile *Greif is more waterfall and they are continuing to learn more/practice agile)*
• Tech Savvy; experienced in Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. ability to pick things up quickly
• Heavy on the tactical side
• Has managed and had complete oversight cross functional projects/implementations
• Does not need to come from an IT background; they can be from any part of the business (IT background for ERP would be a plus)
