Aspire Consulting Group Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to support the effective management and optimization of our municipal infrastructure related projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks across multiple municipal infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report on project milestones.
- Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with invoicing processes.
- Maintain organized project records, including contracts, change orders, and other related documentation.
- Support project success with preparing project documents, including technical memorandums, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of asset management plans, including lifecycle analysis and risk assessments.
- Contribute with site visits for data collection and analysis for asset performance monitoring, utilizing various software tools.
- Help maintain asset databases and ensure data integrity for accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on projects aimed at improving asset reliability and efficiency.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in engineering or related fields, with coursework or experience in asset management preferred.
- Experience in project coordination, preferably within the municipal infrastructure or engineering consulting sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with asset management software and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for municipal infrastructure projects in Ontario is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Valid Drivers License is required to attend client site visits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
