Job Description:


What will you do?
This position leads one of the Data Center Project Execution teams within Power Systems and works closely with Sales, Strategic Accounts, CPO, Channel, Lines of Business, and Global Supply Chain teams, to meet our customers’ needs.
This position manages technical quality, delivery, risk mitigation, and competency development. Spends over 50% of the time on managerial activities. Responsible for team execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Requires technical knowledge and ability to influence the adoption of practices. Communicates with and influences leadership.

Qualifications:


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 8+ years of experience in managing teams and/or projects within the Electrical Construction Industry, is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing technical teams and projects
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
  • Passion for developing talent and leading high-performing teams
  • Technical expertise in your field with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive change
  • Travel may be required up to 30%
