We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) Migration Project. This role involves working remotely with a team based in Switzerland, with a focus on the Swiss market. The position is pivotal in improving and transforming the customer journey by ensuring the successful migration and integration of digital platforms and tools. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital transformation processes and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering strategically important projects in complex organizational environments.

YOU WILL

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Establish consistent and excellent communication channels with stakeholders, including Market SMEs, through regular updates and detailed reports.
  • Deliver clear and insightful status updates to the DCX market project lead, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Project Coordination
  • Oversee end-to-end coordination of the DCX migration project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Market SMEs and the Operation Center (OC) to ensure smooth migration processes and address concerns effectively.
  • Drive the migration of digital tools and platforms to enhance customer experience.
  • Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve roadblocks to maintain project progress and strategic alignment.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet objectives and gain approval from Market SMEs.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all project aspects and adapt to changes in scope or requirements.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, decisions, and changes for transparency.
  • Leverage lessons learned to refine processes and improve outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Foster a collaborative environment to align project activities with business objectives.
  • Anticipate challenges and address them proactively to minimize risks and delays.

YOU NEED

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on digital transformation context or customer experience enhancement.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders in a multinational environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects within deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to customer experience projects.
  • English: Fluency is mandatory for effective communication.
  • French and/ or German: An added advantage.
