Job Description

– Responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within the budget & according to the specifications/ clients requirements.
– Establishes project objectives by analyzing project proposals; and collaborating with management.
– Establishes project plan by determining time frame, funding, and staffing; approving project schedule.
– Achieves financial objectives by preparing a project budget; scheduling and approving expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
– Approves proposal specifications by analyzing product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; authorizes technical studies.
– Ensures project performance by establishing standards; and testing requirements.
– Controls project plan by approving design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes.
– Review project status reports that the project engineer prepared.
– Maintains a Safe environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations and following up on all HSE Instructions.
– Ensures that the project database is always updated.
– Maintains Deliverance & company reputation by complying with legal regulations and delivering the work with integrity on time and according to the required specifications.
– Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related joint results and supporting other members of the team when needed
– Maintains Professional & Technical Knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
– Organizes project staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff members; assigning responsibilities; approving sub-contractors.
– Maintains human capital performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

– Very good command of English.
– Excellent computer skills, i.e.; primavera and/or Microsoft project.

Technical Skills

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. or a related field.
– A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in the construction industry.
– Strong understanding of MEP systems, design principles, and construction methods.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
– Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
– Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and regulations.

Education
– Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
