YOUR IMPACT

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business transformation initiatives within our organization. Reporting to the COO & CFO, your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project success, and delivering solutions that align with our company’s mission and goals. Assertiveness, effective communication, and the ability to work with ambiguity are key to your success in this role.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Communicate project status and updates to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions and technologies to support project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3-5 years relevant experience working in Enterprise SaaS or Fortune 500 companies.
• Demonstrated background leading Finance projects preferred.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
