We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Operations Strategy team. This position reports to the Vice President, Operations Strategy, to support cross functional initiatives across the organization. As a Project Manager for Truepill, you will oversee and coordinate multiple high priority projects from initiation through hypercare. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and monitoring and controlling project performance.

  • You will lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing projects related to integration, continuous improvement and system enhancements.
  • You will coordinate with stakeholders to set project expectations, prioritize tasks, and manage costs effectively to help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • You will ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and key metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You will foster a collaborative and positive team environment to drive project success and achieve business objectives.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • You have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Microsoft Project.
  • You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

We expect the total compensation for this position to fall between the range of $100,000-$110,000 annually.
