- Proficiency in Waterfall methodology and Agile SDLC processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst with strong technical knowledge
- Familiarity with Agile “just in time” requirements via user stories and epics
- Knowledge of software applications and design tools, including Microsoft Project and relational databases
